Returns Policy
Returned goods, due to customer error, are subject to a cancellation charge to recover initial carriage costs and administration.
Return of the goods should be arranged by the customer. Our returns policy does not include return carriage costs. On receipt of the goods, a credit for the full amount less 15% cancellation charge will be issued.
Please note, this returns policy is for standard stock items only and does not apply to ad-hoc/special manufactured items. | |
