“Health for all children” is the report of the Joint Working Party on Child Health Surveillance. The first edition was published in 1989 (editor, DMB Hall); the second in 1992; the third in 1996; the fourth has now been published, in January 2003.

The publisher is Oxford University Press, Oxford. The book is available for purchase online at the website shop.
