Revisions to the Personal Child Health Record (PCHR)
Publication of the Child Health Promotion Programme in 2008 and development of the UK-WHO growth charts, have prompted the need for some revisions to the national standard core PCHR. Most PCTs use this standard record.
The revised PCHR was launched along with the new UK-WHO growth charts on 11th May 2009 at the National Breastfeeding Awareness week Conference held in London.
